I started selling on Kawana Island in 2002 when the Island was only just becoming established. In fact, I actually sold the very first waterfront home on Kawana Island in Majorca Place. It was a lovely Ryan Designer Home and the Purchasers were absolutely thrilled to be moving into this beautiful new precinct.

Rob Grabbe also entrusted the 6 vacant blocks of land in the Promenade, Tarawa Street, taking only 6 months to sell them all. As well as the beautiful home he built to showcase the promenade precinct. And there have been many many other lovely properties, lovely buyers and sellers in between.
