I would like to introduce myself. I’m Karen Jones, your local real estate agent and I could give you the usual spiel about all my sales achievements, but I wanted to engage with you on a more relatable level.

I started selling on Kawana Island in 2002 when the Island was only just becoming established.  In fact, I actually sold the very first waterfront home on Kawana Island in Majorca Place.  It was a lovely Ryan Designer Home and the Purchasers were absolutely thrilled to be moving into this beautiful new precinct.

So, from my humble beginnings in the early 2000’s, I now specialise in providing a seamless selling (and buying) experience, leading the entire process from listing, marketing, negotiating and completion of sale, consistently achieving great results for my Vendors.

Whether it’s a $400,000 or a $2,000,000 home, I always operate with integrity, care, determination and professionalism.  From selling 10 Melos Place for the highest record price (at the time) of $2,100,000 back in 2015 to a Gabrielle Poole Cottage in Bimini Street for $525,000  I persistently love selling Kawana Island property.  Rob Grabbe also entrusted the 6 vacant blocks of land in the Promenade, Tarawa Street, taking only 6 months to sell them all. As well as the beautiful home he built to showcase the promenade precinct. And there have been many many other lovely properties, lovely buyers and sellers in between.
