KIRA quite often gets emails concerning maintenance issues on the Island. Where appropriate, we pass these on to Sunshine Coast Council.
However, every resident on the Island has the opportunity to report these issues to the Sunshine Coast Council by: contacting the council’s customer service centre on 1300 007 272 (Monday—Friday, 8.15am-5.00pm)
accessing MyCouncil Services on the council website and submitting a General Service Request
downloading the free SCC App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and lodging a service request.
